Taking inspiration from the monolithic piece of music “Troubled Air” by Sunn O))), this piece draws reference to the current geological age, viewed as the period during which human activity has been the dominant influence on climate and the environment. With towering structures overshadowing the core of the painting itself, this piece denotes the battle we have been waging on Mother Nature, but in duality how our way of life has been halted by the lockdown itself.
